Thank you for your interest in ECHO Occupational and Environmental Medicine (OEM). Please complete this form to register for our Spring 2024 cycle. Registration is free. You may register at any time. Attendance at previous cycles is not required for participation.

This research program, hosted by the Institute for Work & Health (IWH) and funded by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), consists of 12 sessions running from May 3 to June 28, 2024 – 9 sessions on Fridays from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM EST and 3 evening sessions from 7:00 to 8:15pm EST (TBD, not Fridays). Dates for the evening sessions will be posted here when available.

Participation in this ECHO includes:

  • carefully reviewing and signing a Statement of Collaboration agreement;
  • attending as many sessions as possible;
  • completing pre-surveys, weekly surveys, and post-surveys;
  • presenting a short, de-identified case about a client in your practice, if applicable.

ECHO OEM aims to increase provider capacity to manage patients with conditions that impact their ability to work. It is intended for primary health-care providers licensed to practice in Ontario with priority given to those who currently provide direct care from remote and underserviced areas of the province. Students in health-care programs may also apply.

Due to capacity limitations, enrolment is not guaranteed. Registrants will be contacted regarding their application status.

Have you registered for ECHO OEM before (e.g., Cycle 1, 2 or 3)?
