The Occupational History Recording Tool (OHRT) will help primary health care providers better support patients with injuries and illnesses that affect their ability to work.
The OHRT was developed by the ECHO OEM research team using standardized resources and input from the ECHO OEM Expert Hub. The current beta version of the tool consists of 14 short questions about occupational history that patients answer before a health appointment. We intend to gather feedback on the tool from primary health care providers to identify any usability issues and to make improvements.
